New rules for summer league

We are changing the rules for the summer to prevent the keeper picking up the ball when it is passed back to him by his team mate. The keeper can kick the ball as long as he does not pick it up first. Once keeper has picked the ball up he must roll it out by hand. Keepers cannot kick the ball once they have controled it with their hands - they must then roll the ball out.
